08Questions, answered

Useful details before you enquire.

What information should I provide for a quote?

Send a short description, property type, postcode and useful photos — for example the consumer unit, fault or proposed fitting location. Include access and timing details too. Some work can only be priced after an inspection.

Do you work in flats as well as houses?

Yes. For flats, include the consumer-unit location and any concierge, managing-agent, parking or contractor-booking requirements.

Can I request electrical work for a rental property?

Yes. Landlords and agents can request EICRs, repairs, alarms and installations. Explain how access is arranged with the tenant and attach any previous report.

Do you undertake commercial electrical work?

Yes, for suitable offices, shops, studios and hospitality premises. Describe the premises, trading hours, equipment and intended work so the scope can be assessed.

How do I check whether you cover my postcode?

Include the full postcode in the enquiry form or call. The published pages focus on eight East London areas, but coverage is confirmed from each job rather than an automatic radius.
